Paper punches, especially my corner rounder, are the most used thing I own. For awhile I was simply replacing them as they got dull but it seemed like such a waste of money and punches.
Quick & Easy way to sharpen those paper punches:
fold a piece of foil in fourths. Punch 5-10 times, rotating the piece of foil as needed.
punch a piece of wax paper a few times to smooth out the rough edges.
It's a quick fix but it's been holding up pretty well.

A note: You don't want your foil to be too thick or it may jam. Gauge to see how "thin" and "thick" of a foil piece your punch can handle with one punch. If it jams I give it a good tap on the table until it unjams itself and know I need a thinner piece of foil.
